Hi there,
I just want to ensure that you didn’t miss the announcement in yesterdays Microsoft Teams TechCommunity Blog post, which announces new calling capabilities in Microsoft Teams. If you already added Phone System licenses to your tenant (the thing called Cloud PBX before November 2017), you now can subscribe to a Calling Plan for any number of users in your organization.
I also like to emphasize that Phone System licenses are already included in your Office 365 E5 tenant. If you own an E3 license, you must add that license first. Please find the Phone System features in this article on support.office.com.
I will post an updated article once I added that licenses to my own tenant.
